I wanted to write to tell you
how happy I have been with your hosting services. I
started out by registering my part-time business with
you www.northernbead.com) and then recommended that
my employer (www.aamerch.com) switch over to you. Not
only was a new registration flawless, but so was the
switchover of a current domain. When there were problems
with getting the DNS changed over you took it upon yourselves
to get the problem resolved and I didn't have to deal
with the headaches.
The
e-mail administration is a great convenience to anyone
who has to constantly update POP accounts - our former
hosting company insisted on administrating this themselves
and it literally took days to get an e-mail changed
or removed.
The
customer support has been fabulous - you promise a
response to an e-mail within 24 hours, but I can't
recall ever waiting more than an hour or two.
I was thrilled when I saw that you were now offering
web-based e-mail. This was the final excuse I need
to write and rave about your service. Not only are
your regular services great, but you keep adding conveniences.
I
will recommend you to anyone who asks about web-hosting
companies. Thanks again and keep up the good work! |
